I’m out of state and my daughters car broke down I called Chris and made arrangements to have a friend drop off her car. This was Tuesday night. When I called Friday am to go over more of the details on the car he said that he had the car towed the day before. So now I have $370 impound fee because the car sat in his lot for 2 days. He knew I was dropping off. He knew the vehicle info. But never wrote it down or put me in the system. Called Chris to ask why and basically not his problem I guess. Thanks Chris.

I have received numerous text messages, emails and my maintenence light was on informing me that I was due for an oil change. I made a 7am appointment for an oil change and to look at my brakes because they were squeaking. All day I didn't receive a call. I finally called them at 3:30 asking for the status of my vehicle. Nick told me he doesn't know and it should be ready the next day. I told him that I needed my car for the next day but I'll get by. 10 minutes later I received a call from Nick and it was extremely awkward. He kept pausing after every sentence just to tell me my car was ready and nothing is wrong with the brakes. I picked up my car and didn't pay anything which I thought was weird but thought maybe they waived the oil change fee for the inconvenience. When I got home I noticed that they didn't do the oil change. 2 days later I receive an email stating that I'm due for an oil change. I am extremely disappointed at the lack of professionalism. No call for the status update, assumed I didn't need my vehicle the next day, didn't know how to have a proper conversation, didn't bother checking the system or the maintenece light r the slip of paper I dropped off with my keys to see if I needed an oil change, and didn't do what I had brought my car in for. I have and will be taking my services elsewhere.

Been using Honest 1 for our vehicles for almost a year now. Always professional and do a good job and are timely. Really Appreciate the extremely thorough inspection results that they provide and the fact the team doesn't over push additional services when only an oil change is asked for.
