I just moved to MN less than a month ago, during which, my vehicle suffered some significant damage. Chris went above and beyond to make sure that my vehicle got the best care and that I got the best price, even checking for warrantee repair possibilities. This crew is very knowledgeable, kind (and funny!) and I highly recommend their truly honest auto care.

Went there cuz I needed an inspection before my warranty ran out. I called first and got an appointment very next day. Chris was on top of it the moment I walked in got me checked in send my car off with the one of the service guys he came back 35 minutes later with this report Chris proceeded to call the warranty company discuss with them whether or not the ball joints would be covered. They were of course but even managed to get the wheel alignment covered. I ask for and was given a loaner which was hassle free not only the process of getting it but the car itself. They had my vehicle done by that evening by 4:00 p.m. and I am not had a problem with it since. it was a nice surprise in the morning to get a message from them reminding me that I had an appointment in an hour. Wasn't expecting that but there it was a nice surprise. Now but I've had worked on there I'm not surprised that they do that courtesy call. I can't think of another repair shop and I've been in that has felt more welcoming. I checked the box earlier professional instead of good quality and good service because being professional in that business encompasses good quality and good service and that's what these guys have professional all the way. I highly recommend them.

From easily setting up an appt for the next day. Getting a surprise text the morning of reminding me of the appt. The welcoming atmosphere at the shop. My inspection began almost immediately was over with ahead of schedule. Chris handled the warranty company with ease and they got me in that day. Ball joints are working great and the Hondas front end feels better than ever. I would/will go back because warranty or no warranty I felt my car was in the right hands.
