Horrible service. Avoid like the plague. Will scratch car/hood with careless work, forget to replace existing parts, like wheel locks, and refuse to plug tires others will do. Go at your own risk. Updated: Scratches to hood occurred on previous work, in fact, it was if someone had a metal belt that scrapped dozens of scratches on the front of my hood. Also, they kept my wheel lock and lost thereafter. With this job, the screw was 2 inches inside of the 'inside' tread. Another mechanic had no problem removing it and plugging it. Also, previous work, you kept calling numerous times fear mongering with more and more required work that tripled my original estimate. Everything I have said is the truth. And I don't like leaving these unless I've been taken advantage of too many times. As I've said, go at your own risk, don't take my word for it, shake the dice, it's only money! Maybe this will motivate them to stop ripping people off and scratching their cars, hopefully.Peace.
Hi Chris- thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. However, you are outright lying about your experience and we're going to correct the record publically. We inspected your BMW on 7/19/24 with your complaint of a leaking tire. Your driver's side rear tire had a screw in it on the outer treadblock within 1/2" of the sidewall. We cannot legally repair a tire with a puncture in that location and we advised you that you need a new tire. We didn't remove your tire or open your hood and there is no way we scratched your vehicle- we have pictures and security cameras to verify. Good luck to whoever gets your future business!
