Everything was great! I was able to get an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation same day and they had a coupon for the service as well. They even checked to make sure there were no outstanding recalls for my vehicle. I was in and out. I will be back.

I was very happy with the great customer service I received. Chris at the front desk was friendly and patient with my asking questions- some several times- and explained everything clearly. I was told up front what the cost would be and there was no "surprise charges" that I have had at other garages.

Chris went out of his way to make sure my vehicle was taken care and not exposed to more risk through driving it with a substantial oil leak that it was determined to be part of a factory recall.

I appreciated the openness and honesty with which a communication misunderstanding was recently handled and I would highly recommend Honest A1 because of it. I took a vehicle in for a front end alignment after new tire installation at Costco. The car pulled left and I had poor tire wear on previous set. When I picked up car I was charged for 4 wheel alignment and I was told that the rear wheels were also sorely in need of alignment. I had not been contacted prior to the rear alignment and informed of what would be a 30 dollar upcharge for service performed. I inquired as to why this occured (not contacted before hand) I was informed that a conversation was supposed to take place when I dropped car off that mentioned possibility of rear alignment as well if necessary. This did not take place but as we talked it was made right and I felt fairly dealt with and I would gladly return for future service on other vehicles. Communicate clearly and openly on what service you want and you will be justly dealt with. Technicians did a great job. I will be back.

I had already had my issue diagnosed elsewhere, so I told H1 what I wanted them to do. He called me an hour later saying it was misdiagnosed and needed something completely different - and 5x more money. Yes it cost me more than planned, but I would have wasted $200 and still had the problem if they wouldn't have checked it out first. They had it fixed quickly, and it runs like a new car.

This is the second time I have taken a family auto to Honest-1 and on both occasions I have found that the staff is very professional. Their auto technicians are very knowledgeable. They get you in and out on a timely bases which I cannot say that of the Honda dealership we had been frequenting. They keep the costs reasonable! I like the fact that I am not leaving with a blue flower like they give your at Honda.
