Our van broke down on the side of the highway and we had it towed to Honest 1. They ran diagnostics on it, found the problem and finished all the work within one day. We also were provided a loaner vehicle which helped out tremendously.

I’ve taken my car to this place three times this year now, and they’ve always done a good job and have given me very good prices.

Left car to replace faulty tire pressure sensor, oil change, check engine light, and stop my car from squeaking on start up. They filled my tires as a "fix", changed my oil, didnt fix check engine light, and stopped the squeaking. So 50/100 was fixed

Went to have some rubber replaced. Didn't end up happening. Was not their fault my alt. set were weather rotting. So happy they let me know and didn't just take my 65 bucks. Fyi ~ the gofer kid in the shop goes through your car/glovebox whatever.... They had my vehicle in there 5 minutes and he had already been in my glovebox talking about checking my cabin filter....... just tires.

I set up an appointment yesterday to have my Jeep looked at this morning because of a wheel bearing issue and an axle nut that I could not get loose for the life of me because of the amount of corrosion on it and they got me in right away this morning at 7:00 a.m. They got me a loaner car for free while they worked on it because in my mind I was expecting this to be a job to take all day. within 3 hours they reached out letting me know that the car was done with only 1 hour of labor needed to fix the issue. They did an amazing job. quick turnover. and reassured me that when there's something you can't do yourself there's a shop out there that can take care of you and they made that happen.

Cool guys and kno what they are doing no doubt. Would take my car here with no worries

Price was high service was ?I was told it would take less then a hour to complete and they would call. 2 1/2 later I stop by. It was done. Paid and left. Will not go back .

I have been taking my car in to Honest-1 Auto Care Cottage Grove for years. They are reliable and they have always had great customer service! I always recommend this place to my family and friends.
