I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR AN OIL CHANCE AND GENERAL INSPECTION . THE TRANSACTION WENT SMOOTHLY AND THE CAR WAS READY WHEN PROMISED .

I absolutely love this place, I wouldnt go anywhere else. Everytime I go here, everyone is very friendly, they get my car in and out quickly completely repaired, and I always save money. My car is running much smoother after a visit. I definitely reccomend!

I'm not sure what to think of this place. I came and for them to fix my vibration problem. I paid for a diagnostic and everything they recommended. And the problem was never fixed. Also the report I was sent barely explained what was wrong. I feel like iv been ripped off out of $1,000 dollars. I'm not sure if I will go back to this place. I'm very upset cuz my car has the same problem it had before I got all these repairs done.

I wanted the shop to tell me exactly why my car was vibrating at high speeds. I paid for everything the recommended and I still have a vibration issue. I came back the next day and they said it has to be my tires are had. I had just bought some used tires that looked decent. I highly doubt the tires are that much of the problem. I believe they didn't tell me exactly what was wrong. They blame the problem on my tires when I came back the next day. I paid over $1,000 for my car to ride the same way it did before I went to the shop. It was a very upsetting rip off. I will never trust Honest 1 again. Unless they call me and at minimum tell me exactly what is causing the vibrations. I do believe they should now be fixing my issues for free since they claim a 100% satisfaction guarantee, I'm not Satisfied at all.

I would have no problem leaving my truck in there hands again. I wanted them to set the timing and it turns out my distributor was faulty. He cut my diagnostic estimate by 1/3 even though he did his part. I bought a distributor and installed it myself and was happily on my way . Just good honest people

These guys were fast, friendly, and professional. Had my brakes done. Ball joint replaced. Exhaust resonator and pipe swapped out. Couldn't be happier with the service. Won't be taking my cars anywhere else as long as we live in the Grove. Thank you!
