They do what they say they're going to do. I wasn't pressured into doing a bunch of other stuff either, just needed brakes done. In and out.

Had a flat tire. Called and confirmed I could get immediate patch. Pumped up tire to make it in. Zach took me right in. Job took 15 minutes and was very fair price. Wonderful service. I had tried a competitor on my first call who couldn't get me in for several hours.

Fast, efficient and friendly

When I needed help with a flat tire at closing time, the competition was not willing to help me. They wanted to close shop and leave me hanging. Honest-1 stayed after hours to help me out of a jam and get my spare put on my truck. Needless to say, I hired them to put on a new set of tires. And they beat the competition on the price of that too.

Called to set up an appointment and was able to get right in. I was concerned about a noise coming from my back tire and was convinced a huge repair bill was about to hit me. Instead, I was given the best news possible. No repairs needed. Options were provided for "down the road," if I wanted to make the noise disappear, but nothing needed to be done in the near future. I truly appreciate the honesty and customer service. This is why I only bring my vehicles to Honest1!!
