Called because this website advertises a towing service when there is none to get my car towed from point A to point B. I spoke with a representative on the phone and he was very kind and understanding. Great customer service although I wasn't actually a customer and he couldn't actually help.

Had a great and entertaining conversation while waiting for work to be completed, and the time I waited was very reasonable. All around fantastic customer service. Will come back again.

I was very pleased with the personal service I received at Honest-1 Cottage Grove. My brake problem was serious and dangerous. They resolved the issues quickly and got me back on the road feeling confident that the vehicle was safe to drive again. Asst. Manager Chris and technician Matthew went way above the normal spectrum of good service by punching out a huge dent in my front bumper area and securing it tightly with new clips. THEY CHARGED ME NOTHING FOR THEIR BODY SHOP WORK!!! Thanks Honest-1, you are amazing.

Brought my car in because it was making a weird "noise". The man at the counter was very friendly and patient as I tried to explain my weird noise. They checked out my car quick and the only charged me a very small amount due to the noise was no big deal to fix. Thanks to all the friendly and patient staff at HONEST1.
